4 Simple steps to explore
your new hearing aid options

Step 1: Contact us for a Free Consultation

Contact us by phone or fill in our online form, and book in your free consultation.

Step 2: Come for your appointment

We will ask you some key questions and discuss your current hearing concerns. We will also do a hearing test to get a clear understanding of your hearing capabilities.

Please note: Not all types of hearing losses are suitable for this trial option. We will discuss this with you after your hearing test.

Step 3: Free Trial option discussed…and you decide

At the end of your free consultation, we will discuss with you the options of hearing aids that will be suitable for you, as part of this special offer. You can then decide to proceed into the 14-day trial, or not. Our aim is to tune and fit you with your trial hearing aids on the day, and you will walk out with them fully fitted.

Please Note: If all our trial sets are out in use on your consultation day, we may have to book a fitting appointment for 1 week’s time.

Step 4: 14 days later – you confirm to order (or not)

After 14 days of wearing our provided hearing aids, you get to choose if you would like to purchase these, or not. If you choose to purchase, we order in a new pair of hearing aids and re-fit them for you. If you choose to return them and not proceed, that also is okay. The choice is yours!
